Terms of Service

LaunchTrail Web Solutions provides web development, design, and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Website development and design
• Student portfolio and resume projects
• UI/UX design services
• Website maintenance and support
• Content creation and branding
• Domain and hosting setup
• View all services

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for your project
• Provide all necessary content, materials, and access as agreed upon
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect our intellectual property and work processes
• Provide constructive feedback during the development process

3.1 Payment Schedule

• 50% payment required to start the project
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Custom payment schedules available for larger projects

3.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension. A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue invoices.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable.

4.1 Project Scope

The project scope is defined in the project proposal and contract. Any changes to the scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

4.2 Revisions

• Student Special: 2 rounds of revisions included
• Professional: 3 rounds of revisions included
• Enterprise: Unlimited revisions included
• Additional revisions beyond the package limit will be charged separately

5.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables including design files, source code, and other materials created specifically for their project.

5.2 LaunchTrail Rights

LaunchTrail Web Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless specifically requested otherwise.

6.1 Warranty Period

We provide a warranty period during which we fix any bugs or issues free of charge:

• Student Special: 1 month warranty
• Professional: 3 months warranty
• Enterprise: 6 months warranty

6.2 Limitations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.

7.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects at any time. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable, and any remaining balance for work completed must be paid.

7.2 LaunchTrail Termination

We reserve the right to terminate projects for non-payment, breach of contract, or other reasonable causes with appropriate notice.

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of all client information, business plans, and proprietary information shared during the project.

LaunchTrail Web Solutions is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.
